After training is done, attendces start solving exam on their mobile phone or computer. After theoretical exam is succesfully completed attendeces are practically trained. Health and safety manager prepares report about practial training on his phone/tablet. After the test is finished, Viktor evaluates it and if the test is successfully done Viktor creates certificate and distributes it by an e-mail to the client. The participant gets the results.

    The website platform Viktor.si is intended for safety engineers, companies dealing with safety and health at work, personnel services at your customers and employees.

  • Click the green Test me button, enter your business email address, activate the user and you can start using Viktor.

  • Yes. To use Viktor and training you need a valid permit and a license to perform professional tasks, which is issued by the competent Ministry of the Republic of Slovenia. A permit is not required for medical examinations, first aid and the use of the cash register.

  • Log in to Viktor and add a customer / company. Activate it and you are ready to test. Viktor offers you detailed instructions at every step. Viktor uses modern approaches and facilitates the implementation of the training for you, the participant and your client.

  • After compliting the training and passing the knowledge test, Viktor creates a record and minutes. The documents are always updated and accessible to you, and they are also delivered to the customer by e-mail.

  • Yes. Viktor already has a set of basic questionnaires for simple jobs. You can add questionnaires yourself or choose them from a set of questionnaires that we have created for you.

  • You send an invitation for use to HR through Viktor. The personnel interface enables the review of all employees, access to their documents (certificates and medical examinations), ordering medical examinations and entering new employees (manually or using interfaces that ensure automatic data transfer -> SAP, Microsoft Dynamics,...) .
